To request travel accommodations on trade, please complete the PDF form
and submit via fax. An American Exchange Network travel broker will contact
you as soon as accommodations have been verified.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

All Travel Reservations MUST be made through an American Exchange Broker. Any
reservations made directly through the property will be made for CASH.

NOTE: All changes to reservations after booking must be done through the American Exchange
office.

All reservations are non-refundable. Taxes and miscellaneous charges are not included.

There is a $50.00 cash charge on any changes or cancellation after confirmation.

By completing the Travel Reservation Form and submitting it to American Exchange Network
(AMX), I hereby authorize AMX to automatically charge my credit card for any AMX fees as they
become due.
